Southwest Loaded Sweet Potato Fries
A sweet recipe for smoked pork ribs. I usually use baby back ribs but have had great success with spare ribs as well.
Oranges are hollowed out and filled with mashed sweet potatoes, orange juice, eggs, vanilla extract and butter. A sweet, buttery pecan topping is spooned on top, and the oranges are baked. This is a sweet treat that’s impressive and tasty.

This is my version of Mom’s version of Granny’s Green Tomato Ketchup! No sterilizing jars and canning…just eating and enjoying! Use this as a sidedish, or on potatoes or even with corn chips instead of salsa!
